Site Administrator – Cowal Project (Residential)
Location: West Wyalong, NSW
Roster: 8/6 | 12‑hour days
Employment Type: Full‑time | Residential role

Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Administrator to join our team at the Cowal Project in West Wyalong, NSW — one of Redpath’s largest and longest‑term operations.

This is a residential position, ideal for an organised administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced site environment and enjoys being a key support function across site operations..

About the Role

Working closely with site leadership, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient site operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Rostering, time & attendance coordination
  • Payroll support and data entry
  • Organising flights and travel logistics
  • Coordinating accommodation requirements
  • General site administration and ad‑hoc tasks
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a site administration role (mining or construction highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Payroll, rostering or workforce coordination experience
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and site systems)
  • Excellent communication skills and a team‑focused attitude
  • Ability to commit to a residential 8/6 roster
